Hi, i've recently upgraded to Windows7beta(build7000) and moved my development work on that box.

The samples perform well, the loading time seems to be a bit lower and there's an average fps increase on my system (2x8800gtSLI) for the Chicago Sample of about 10 fps (from 190 - on Vista - to about 200) with the nvidia beta drivers and the latest source from the svn. It isn't significant but I was afraid it wouldn't work out of the box.

I've encountered problems building the samples though. Both msvc2005sp1 and msvc2008sp1 it threw an error that it couldn't embed the manifest because the executables weren't valid windows images. Then i've used cmake to generate a solution for msvc2008sp1. That one works.

Is anyone else developing on win7?
