Hi I would like to use a normal map in the skinning shader and tried to merge the parallax and skinning shader without
proper result yet. Perhaps someone has already done it and would like to share?

I still have a rather simple skin shader from my master's thesis that also does parallax mapping on a skinned model. That could help you further.

I removed height from parallax shader and it became normal map shader.
How'd use parallax on non planar surfaces btw o_O

Sure, feel free to use it :)
But the shader style is a bit cartoony (used for the tortoise here http://www.horde3d.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=260). I still have a more realistic one that I might release one day.
