Good news, I just installed the 8.7 beta drivers on my radeon 3870 and the skinning bug is fixed!

This is really good news! Especially now where ATI is getting stronger again (their new tech demos rock, although they are faked to some degree of course).

Oh.. there is special thread for Ati bugs.. I really need your help, marciano. Check this plz...
It seems AMD doesn't going to add GL_EXT_framebuffer_blit support. So why not to try render it as a textured quad?! It should be easy and it solves really annoying bug!

ATI seems to support the framebuffer blit extension (see also http://www.geeks3d.com/?p=1411) but apparently there is still a driver bug. What do you mean by "render it as a textured quad"?

I guess:
render all screen to a texture -> draw it fullscreen using a quad
