3ds seems to be exporting broken morph information. Both the DAE file from 3ds and the ColladaConv file replace the morpher modifier names, e.g. MouthOpen, with the same name, e.g.

I've tried changing the order of elements on the modifier stack, (skin above morpher, morpher above skin) but this doesn't seem to help.
Any suggestions?
