I haven't checked in the source code of the engine, but I was wondering if all of those components are in Object Space in the Horde3D GLSL context:

uniform vec4 lightPos, lightDir
attribute vec3 tangent, bitangent, normal

These attributes certainly are, but I would have to check the source re the light parameters.
