I'm trying to create a new resource type through an extension but a few things in horde needs to be changed in order for it to compile.

The Resource and ResourceManager classes currently uses ResourceTypes::List for storage and handling of the resource's type, this should instead be replaced by int (as it is handled for scenenodes).

Thanks for the hint, the resource extensions were not tested so far :roll:

Could you provide a small patch when you have finished your changes?
