Today we got a mail that mentining a potential use of Horde3D in No Man's Sky:

"It seems their pipeline file structure is almost 1-1 the same as yours and even things like "Renderer: No floating point texture support available" show up in the .exe's decompiled source.
A friend, while modding the game noticed the similarities and through digging with a decompiler, another friend and I found strings which word for word match yours."

So maybe we got a new famous Horde3D showcase. Although unfortunately it seems like no contributions were made to the engine. At least no contributions seem to be backported to the current Git repository. Maybe Horde3D was already fitting their project that well, that they didn't have to modify anything. :twisted:
