Hello.
I've finally made bash and powershell scripts for docs regeneration on Windows and Linux.
Change the extension of the files to ps1 for Horde_generate_docs_win and to sh for Horde_generate_docs_linux.

Edit 1: updated powershell script to fix an error when output directory is not created.
