I've wrapped up some utilities I've done for Horde3D v1: AC3D2Horde3D: Convert AC3D ac files to Horde3D geo, scene and material files. Horde3DLoader: Generic Horde3D scene loader. dumpgeo: Dump Horde3D geo data. To create the demos start "convertdemos.bat", then load them with the Horde3DLoader.
