Hi there,

I am trying to detect / calculate the distances between two entities. For that, I was using the Pyttagoras calculation from this post: viewtopic.php?p=8468#p8468

Unfortunately, I get a very big result from that calculation, which does not get smaller when moving the objects closer to each other. It seems that it gets smaller when I move one object to the very border of the scene.

Does this method work when I use the return of GameEngine::entityWorldID( "foobar" ) as _entityNode?

How do you get the transformation matrix from your entities? And what are you using exactly for the distance calculation
